North America does everything on a grand scale. From the grandeur of the American southwest, the iconic National Parks and the last frontier of Alaska in the United States and the mountains, glaciers, and vastness of the Yukon and Western Canada. Travelling in a converted school bus we are able to get right out there and see it up close by camping under the stars away from the bright lights, get out on the water in boats and kayaks to see whales and orcas up close and get deep into the woods to see bears fishing for dinner. Alaska is the jewel for adventure travellers with its remote frontier vibe, the amazing wildlife of Kenai Peninsula, the magnetic draw of Denali National Park and the gold mIning history of Warngell/St. Elias National Park where you can also do awesome outdoor adventures such as white water rafting, ice climbing and glacier hiking.
